Key Things to Check Before Placing Your Bulk Team Uniform Order
A simple checklist for group buyers ordering wholesale custom uniforms. Avoid delays and design mistakes for your team project.

Ordering custom uniforms for a large group involves many small details, and missing one can lead to delayed deliveries or unsatisfactory finished products. Whether you are ordering outfits for a school band, dance team or event group, this checklist will help you prepare your wholesale inquiry.

First, confirm your exact team size and size breakdown. Don’t only count the total number of people. List how many youth small, adult medium or large sizes you need. Many bulk orders get delayed because buyers change the quantity or size ratio after production starts.

Second, prepare your design and logo assets. Vector files work best for embroidery and printing. Low-resolution images will result in blurry logos on the finished garments. You should also decide on primary colors, fabric weight and any special details such as collars, trim or sleeve styles.

Third, clarify your timeline. Always confirm the required delivery date before requesting a wholesale quote. Production lead time depends on order quantity and customization complexity. Be sure to leave extra buffer time before your performance or event day.

Fourth, understand the wholesale terms. Ask about MOQ (minimum order quantity), sample availability, deposit rules and shipping cost separately. Custom made items usually cannot be returned once production begins.

Once all details are ready, submit a team quote request. Share your organization name, team size, product category, colors, logo needs, budget and target date. Our team will send you pricing, lead time and artwork preview information.

A well-prepared inquiry speeds up the whole process and helps you get high-quality custom uniforms for your group.
