Ordering Process
- Submit a Quote Request
Fill out the quote request form with details regarding group size, product category, color and logo requirements, budget, and desired delivery date. - Quote Review
We will respond within 1–2 business days with information on unit pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), production timelines, and the design approval process. - Design Approval
Submit your logo or design files. Before production begins, our team will send a preview mockup for your approval. - Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once details are finalized, we will issue a wholesale invoice. Production begins immediately upon receipt of the deposit. - Production & Delivery
We will provide regular progress updates during production. Once completed, we will arrange shipment to your designated address.

- Custom embroidered products are non-refundable once production has commenced.
- Production timelines begin upon design approval and receipt of the deposit.
- Shipping costs are calculated separately based on total weight and destination.
- Samples are available upon request; sample fees and shipping costs apply.
